Introduction to Womens Car Insurance
All of our customers are extremely important to us, and as such we have prepared this page to help you navigate the average womens car insurance policy found in the UK
Fees, Charges & Interest
Most insurance companies will charge you an administration fee should you need to make any changes to the policy.
Installment Plans
Some insurers will offer you the chance to pay by installments if you cannot manage the full payment all at once. Please note that you will have to pay interest on this policy.
Canceling a Policy
Many insurance companies will allow you to cancel your car insurance, but will only refund a percentage of the original policy. Please note that you will not receive any NCB (see below) if you cancel the policy mid way.
Certificate of Car Insurance
This is a legal document that proves you have the necessary car insurance to cover you to drive on UK roads. This certificate is necessary for you to obtain a tax disc and may also be requested by the police following an accident.
No Claims Bonus (NCB)
This is one of the most important factors in determining the price of your car insurance premium. It is recommended that you start to build up this bonus as soon as possible to decrease your insurance premiums.
This page has covered some of the most basic terms and conditions that are in place for many womens car insurance policies today. If you would like any more advice please contact us and we will be happy to help.
